The Deathsquad Show, Volume 64 (The 2nd Returnering)

Yes, I am on tonight, join me in the chatroom at 10pm for a very good show.  Thanks to Webkittyn for showing me how to upload and even program my show into the station, I done learned somethang.  Tonight on the Deathsquad show we are going down a different road, and more or less talking about a buddy of mine by the name of Jeremy Sosville, one of the closest friends of mine, even if we’ve said very little in the past several years.  I’ll save the story telling for the show itself, in short the man has guitar strings for veins, I’ve watched this guy now for probably half of my life if I caculated it, play his guitar, and not in the hippie ‘look at me’ fashion.  The man wanted to play guitar, and has dedicated his life to it, and with the release of his current bands first album, think he’s done something alot of the other ‘guys’ from our group have not, accomplished something good!  So tune in, and you will hear horrid records from a decade ago of long dead bands such as No Game Show, Layton Avenue, & Kingdom of Fear, and a more or less ‘evolution’ of Jeremy and these bands.

Grande is a rock-metal band which reaches deep into the roots of metal and brings back sounds of old.  If you were to say they sounded like somebody, you would say hands down Black Sabbath.  The band is headed by Pam ‘The Metal Queen’ Grande and yes, it is a she but she has the vocal balls to back up being the singer.  Jeremy Sosville on guitar who we’ll be learning about, with Eric (Drums) and Chris (Bass) all hold their own.  I’m not one for musical reviews, but in general this isn’t my type of music (well, yes to Sabbath) but I have been listening to it alot, and its good to forget that the guitarist is one of me buds, then remembering that.  There are three tracks being played on the show, and you can check out more on their myspace page and homepage (links below).

Next week...I had that show I kept trying to play over and over when WK was in the hospital, was the two Carlin specials I have recorded and I don’t think I got to play it.  I did last month get to play one show attempt which had the newer one, but next week I shall play both in honor for George, cause the world sucks alot more now that he is gone.

LAST, Webkittyn returns for her second broadcast since the hospital fiasco with POGO-A-GOGO, where she talks about serial killers.  Tonight we will be talking about David Berkowitz, so stay tuned after my show, else I’ll break into your house and rip your wife in half.

Mojo Mondays with Kineada!…"Welcome Back Again!” Edition

Yeah, we might have already used the welcome back title before, I don't know, but we'll recycle it again for this week in celebration of WebKittyn returning to the airwaves, as well as what looks to be an almost full slate of shows here on KMRL! As far as MMwK is concerned, it will be the usual hijnks and hopefully the usual group of suspects.

Tune in tonight at 9:00 p.m. EST for Mojo Mondays with Kineada! ONLY on KMRL!

WebKittyn Weekend is a Go!

We're on tonight.

I've forgotten how to broadcast and I'm sure there will be plenty of mistakes. We'll also probably only run till 11 tonight, I woke up pretty sick today. But all that isn't important, we are ON THE AIR TONIGHT starting at 9PM EST!

Come to the chat room, I'll be in there hanging out and bring a friend!

This first show back should be a comedy of errors but what the hell, right? It's Sunday night, what have you got better to do?

Be there!

Pogo-a-Gogo and David Berkowitz!

Because we all want to know about serial killers.

Pogo-a-Gogo returns to KMRL this coming Wednesday, June 24th at 12AM EST! Stay up after Deathsquad for Pogo-a-Gogo and leave the lights on!

This week we're covering David Berkowitz, the Son of Sam. One of the more intriguing serial killers, there is still argument as to whether or not he acted alone or was he merely a tool of The Process. Kittyn also has a special tie to this one as she went with her friends to the cave Berkowitz was rumoured to have participated in Satanic rituals in and was left there by her funny friends.

Come join us for what promises to be an entertaining and educating hour, the perfect show to come back on!

WebKittyn is Back on the Air!  Run!

It's been too long. Way too long. We canned hams with ears start to wither when it's too long and six months is too long.

I'm back!

The Bear is taking a break to deal with life so while he's out I'm taking over Sunday nights. Yes, it's WebKittyn Weekend on Mojo Radio Live! Woo!

Starting this Sunday I'll be on from 9PM-12AM EST. We'll be in the chat room as always and it should be a blast to be back. I've got crazy hospital stories, dialysis woes, tons of new music, all the old favourites and a whole lot of fun.

Woo!

Sunday, 9 PM! Be there!
