Saturday Night Special: Metalocalypse (The Dethalbum)
Tonight on the Saturday Night Special, the debute of Dethklok’s DETHABLUM. Who is Dethklok you ask? A fictional band described by some as ‘Spinal Tap meets Scooby Doo meets Norway’. The band comes from the hit show Metalocalypse which airs on the [ Adult Swim ] Network (which broadcasts off Cartoon Network from like 10pm to 6am). The show itself is about this band Dethklok, the richest and most popular metal band on the face of the planet and the trial sand tribulations they encounter while living this grand lifestyle. But there is also a subplot, the fears of a Tribunal group who thinks this band is going to bring about a apocalypse of metal upon the earth.
The music itself is written and played by a person named Brendon Small, who might be known from his other animated series called ‘Home Movies’. He is the person behind the music and lyrics you will hear tonight (with the help of Strapping Young Lads drummed Gene Hoglan (and guest musician Emilie Autumn on DethHarmonics).
So if you like metal, come join us. Along with playing the whole album, I do alot of explaning of things and we also include audio tracks taken from the show which occampany many of the songs (songs from the show).
Come one and come all to the Metal, it shall be brutal.

Tonight, we start Shocktober right while ending the friday night run with a bang! Lots of fun tunes, reflection on how the Darkhours came to be and a trial of a new segment called: True Metaphysics; a sharing of Darkstar’s intimate occult journal.
This segment features the Darkstar’s true stories of life changing metaphysical occult adventures!
Sinking deeper into the debauchery! Join us one final time at 11pm EST!
Don’t forget that http://www.mojoradiolive.com/chat is where the party’s at!
It’s the Network!
My apologies to anyone who came around last night expecting to hear Pogo-a-Gogo. Apparently Verizon decided I didn't really want to do the show and I didn't really want to be online. I lost connection and it didn't come back until some weird hour when I was sleeping.Fear not, serial killer curious friends, the show will be back next week even if I have to kidnap that nerdy network dude and tie him to a chair.

Well We’re Movin’ On Up..
Not to the east side though. After two years and two stations I am giving up the beloved Wednesday night slot.
KMRL has grown more than I could have hoped for in the past year in the US and for that I am deeply appreciative. It's time now to try and attract the other side of the world - Europe and Scandanavia. Waterdeep MUD has a large assortment of non-Americans and it's time to expand KMRL into a whole new demographic.
Effective next Wednesday, Hear Kitty Kitty Radio is moving to Wednesday afternoons from 3-5PM EST. Darkstar and his Darkhours are moving and you will have a dark humpnight now instead. HKK Radio will be taped weekly for those who will be missing the show and want to listen.
So come join me tonight as we celebrate a long time in this time slot and a whole new beginning for KMRL with new shows, new listening audiences and new life! We'll have good music, some laughing and who knows what but it will be an event and I hope to share my last night show with you all tonight.
I've also added a call-in comment line for those who would like to call (at any time) and that number is 206-350-2978. I love comments and I'll play them on the air so call!
Tonight! 10PM. Be there as I say goodbye to a slot I made my own and hello to a whole new era of Kittyn radio! Come to the chat room and show me some love!
